As a manufacturer, our order processing differs from standard retail:
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Certain products or custom manufacturing runs may be subject to MOQs. These will be explicitly communicated during the quoting phase.
Custom Orders: For bespoke or custom-manufactured items, the buyer is responsible for providing accurate specifications, sizing, and design files. Pak Empire Industry is not liable for errors arising from incorrect buyer-provided specifications.
Samples: We strongly encourage ordering prototype samples before committing to bulk production. Bulk production will mirror the approved sample's quality and specifications.
To ensure transparent billing compliance:
Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and currency fluctuations. Quotes are strictly valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Taxes and Duties: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices do not include international shipping duties, customs fees, or local taxes (e.g., VAT). The buyer is solely responsible for clearing customs in their destination country.
Payment Schedule: Standard manufacturing orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront to initiate production, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment, unless a pre-approved credit agreement is in place.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), PayPal.
Lead Times: Manufacturing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Pak Empire Industry is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, shipping carriers, or customs holds.
Incoterms: Shipping arrangements will be clearly defined on your invoice (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW). Under standard FOB terms, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the buyer the moment the goods are loaded onto the shipping vessel.
Shipping Compliance: We partner with verified logistics providers. Tracking information and commercial invoices will be provided upon dispatch.
Inspection Period: Buyers must inspect all goods within14 days of receiving the shipment.
Defective Goods: If a manufacturing defect is identified, you must notify us in writing within the inspection period, providing photographic evidence and a detailed description.
Remedy: For verified manufacturing defects, Pak Empire Industry reserves the right to either replace the defective items, repair them, or issue a proportionate credit/refund.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom-manufactured goods unless they deviate fundamentally from the approved sample or technical specifications.
Our Designs: All original designs, blueprints, catalog images, and website content belonging to Pak Empire Industry are our exclusive intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Client Designs: By submitting designs, logos, or trademarks to us for custom manufacturing, you warrant that you hold the legal right to use them. You agree to indemnify Pak Empire Industry against any third-party intellectual property infringement claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pak Empire Industry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or business transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab Pakistan
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be updated directly on this page. By continuing to access or use our website and manufacturing services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
